PhenoAge Biological Clock Engine

Implements the Levine 2018 PhenoAge algorithm — a clinically validated 9-marker biological age model derived from the NHANES III cohort. Computes deviation score (BioAge − ChronoAge), confidence interval, and trend trajectory from albumin, creatinine, CRP, glucose, lymphocyte %, MCV, RDW, ALP, and WBC.

EBM Cross-Validation Matrix

Eight evidence-based clinical rules run against the available biomarker panel. Detects compound risk patterns invisible to single-marker analysis: TG/HDL insulin resistance proxy, HOMA-IR threshold, TSH/fT3 discordance, dual-inflammation flags (hsCRP × NLR), homocysteine–B12 methylation deficit, and upstream causal cascade identification.

Metabolic Pathway Mapping + Digital Twin

EBM findings are routed through the 10-Pillar dependency graph — an upstream-first causal ordering that prevents futile downstream interventions. The Digital Twin engine then simulates a 90-day BioAge trajectory under specified adherence scenarios, outputting day-30/60/90 projections and the top 3 reversal levers.
