What we can help with
Billing and cancellation, a card that will not generate, a number that looks wrong, a citation you think we have misread, deleting your data, or press and partnership questions. Corrections to the Science page are especially welcome — if a figure here is out of date, we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice, change or interpret a dose, tell you whether to start or stop a medication, read your labs, or tell you whether you have lost muscle. Those belong to the clinician who prescribed the drug. PivotOrder is a nutrition reference, not a medical device, and it does not measure muscle.

Cancelling
Subscriptions cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal linked on your account page — no email required. If the portal will not open, write to us and we will cancel it.
