PivotOrder is an everyday nutrition reference for people with less appetite on GLP-1 or tirzepatide. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Do not change GLP-1 or any other medication without the prescribing clinician.
PivotOrder does not claim a randomized controlled trial proving less muscle loss on GLP-1. Numbers on the plan operationalize published protein and leucine floors. They are not a guarantee of preserving muscle. You remain responsible for how you use them.
The first week is the full daily loop for 7 consecutive days: today’s plan, a log of what you ate, next-meal fills, and one weekly review. No card is required. There is no auto-charge when the week starts. Start and end times show on Account after you sign in. Logged-out preview is not the trial clock.
After the first week, ongoing daily support, personalization, and further weekly reviews are CA$15/mo billed monthly, or CA$120/yr billed yearly, by Stripe and auto-renewed on the same cadence. Cancel anytime in Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). After trial or subscription ends you can still view and export records, correct email / weight units / diet limits, and manage the account. New daily writes and further week generates need an active subscription.
Currency is Canadian dollars as shown (CA$15/mo or CA$120/yr). Stripe is the merchant of record for the subscription.
Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars by Stripe (CA$15/mo or CA$120/yr) and auto-renew until you cancel in Manage billing.
Monthly: cancel anytime, access until period end, no partial refunds.
Yearly: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, otherwise access until period end.
Ask for a yearly refund within 14 days of purchase at info@pivotorder.com. We do not issue partial refunds on a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime in Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
